Our Customer Journey details our process in a simple, straightforward way:
We’ll schedule an in-person meeting to assess the scope, strategy and review flooring options with you.
You’ll receive a quote by email. After you’ve approved and signed your quote, we’ll send you a deposit invoice.
Deposit & Scheduling
Make your deposit by cheque or e-transfer. Once the deposit is received, we’ll start discussing timing and schedule.

Our production manager will contact you to arrange delivery of materials and coordinate installers for your project.
Our production team will arrive on-site to prepare the subfloor and begin working on your new floors.
When all the finishing work is completed, our installation team will provide a general clean-up, as well as thorough quality checks to ensure your floors are installed properly.
Feedback & Invoicing
Our project manager will get in touch to ensure you’re happy with your new floors. We’ll also send you a final invoice to wrap up the project.
